Bodyweight Bundle Sale - As a Personal Trainer and Integrative Health Consultant I'm very careful who and what to endorse. And the first question I ask myself is would I do the prescribed exercise or follow the recommended nutrition plan. If the answer is YES, only then will I pass it on and share it with others.
