Pharmacists Charged with 25 Murders in Meningitis Outbreak - NationofChange - This case is an example of Gross Negligence at its finest. But still the questions arises. Why? Why would they be so negligent, knowing the given consequences of no sterilization. It's an extremely bizarre case and one I'm simply at a loss to explain!
